I’m Home (Finally)
I am officially at home for the rest of the summer. All two weeks that are left of it anyway! Today I went to the endocrinologist. My A1-C is 6.4%, which is great. We upped my basal rate and insulin to carb ratio a little bit. Taz got a really short hair cut. I think Mom got a little carried away with the scissors. He looks kinda funny with such short hair. I’ve decided I’m going to eat mostly vegetarian food…and bacon. Mom and I found some good recipes at Peas and Thank You to try out. I’ve tried several of her recipes and really liked them. I love her Tempeh Tamale Pie.
