Hacking insulin pumps?  Really?

A new vaccine is showing promise for preventing type 1 diabetes.  Basically, it stops the Beta cells from being destroyed.  It will only be effective in newly diagnosed patients, however, so I’m out of luck.  It is about to begin phase 3 testing.

I need a discreet way to carry my necessary equipment with me at school.  It has to be really small, but be able to hold strips/poker/alcohol wipes/ candy.  What do you all think about this option?  Has anyone seen one in person?  I also like that they donate money to JDRF.
